Was I hypnotized? Subconscious Hack!

Sometimes my clients are unsure whether they were hypnotized or not. I think most of the reason is that there are so many misconceptions about what hypnosis actually is and how it is supposed to feel. Some people remember every word, and some people float in and out of the experience. One person might feel like they were sleeping, and one person may feel so energized after the experience. The most important thing is that the person is able to feel complete relaxation in the body. When the body is relaxed, the subconscious mind is more able to open up and allow the changes that the individual truly desires. The conscious mind is generally the one following the programming of the subconscious mind, which isn't usually how people see it, but if we look a little closer, we can see that we do things unconsciously all the time. Have you ever driven home from work, or somewhere you go often, and wonder how you got home? This is because you've driven the path so many times that you created a solid routine, pattern, or habit, and your subconscious mind handled the drive. While you were thinking of everything that happened that day, and what you have to do when you get home, etc., your subconscious mind drove you home. You can Thank Your Subconscious Mind for making one of your jobs easier! Hypnosis is like a hack to access your subconscious mind a whole lot faster than practicing something over and over and over again to finally get the subconscious to accept the new programming! Hypnosis is the fast-track to creating change in the mind and body! So what do you want to change?
